Reading Response

In Response to Aaron Beal's Post

I thought that Ms. Lehman's response to our critique was informational and positive. But I completely agree with you that very few changes, if any might be made despite our efforts. The webmaster acknowledged that most of our criticism were cosmetic-related. Our eye won't loses attention if what we see is not aesthetically pleasing. From a student's point of view, I believe this should be enough motivation for changes since the target audience is essentially us. If I remember right, the class unanimously decided that the picture definitely needed a makeover. While I can see them trying to stay away from the stereotypical Shakespearean and books images, I think a little creativity wouldn't hurt. For example, the library have photos of students posing with a big poster with word "Ask" written on it. This is original and ingenious in my opinion, it doesn't directly state the library but you clearly get the message they're trying to send.
